Cryoguard™ LLC’s Thermal Exposure Indicators have been monitoring heat sensitive materials in real time for over 30 years. The indicators were originally developed to assure the quality of blood products being administered on the battlefield. They are now widely used to manage cold chains by quality conscious tissue banks as well as manufacturers of heat sensitive materials. Cryoguard Thermal Exposure Indicators eliminate the failure of medical procedures due to thermal exposure of transplant tissue. The indicators are currently used to verify that frozen eggs, sperm, cord blood,  embryos, bone marrow, stem cells, bone grafts, blood plasma, vaccines, biologics, premixed adhesives and heat sensitive electronic components, were not thermally compromised during shipping, storage and handling by technicians and customs inspectors.
