Working out of our 1200 M2 Basingstoke storage facility, we maintain a 95% NEXT DAY fulfilment rate, ensuring our customers get what they need when they need it. We use FedEx as our delivery partner and Rawlings (Basingstoke) for pallets. We trust them with our products and know they will continue to give our customers the service they come to expect from Elkay. All Elkay procedures and quality policies adhere to ISO 9001:2015 standards which guarantees our customers full traceability and consistency on each and every order.
