All products are derived from sources that are collected by
USDA licensed establishments and deemed to be free from infectious and contagious diseases. With the addition of the farm in Tulelake we are assured a consistent supply of raw materials, including horseradish (peroxidase), zucchini (ascorbate acid oxidase) and other specialty products. Documentation of these collection records are incorporated into manufacturing, batch records to maintain traceability of all product raw materials.
